Ex-HMAS Brisbane Regional Park

Dive right in

Dive the ex-HMAS Brisbane and experience this historical treasure. The ex-HMAS Brisbane Regional Park is an artificial reef that is one of Australia’s premier wreck dive attractions. Divers can explore the 133m former warship, starting with the smoke stack at just 3m below the surface, and access the forward engine room, boiler room, gun mount and the ship’s interior, where divers can swim through living and sleeping quarters used by the crew during the ship’s service from 1967 to 2001.

Location and getting there

100km N of Brisbane. 9km offshore from Mooloolabah. Access is via permitted dive tour operators.
